    Itinerary

    Day 1Fes

    After picking you up at the airport or your hotel , we will visit Fes medina, from there we will go to the city. Fes is one of the oldest imperial cities in moroccan history, founded on the 8th century. The medina is from the 13th century, with its craftsmen grouping the streets. After the visit we will come back to your hotel for the night

    Day 2Fes – Royal Palace

    We will visit the Royal Palace or visit Fes old Medina and enjoy its brilliant architectures, its fabulous medina and its historical monuments . Fes is in fact the cultural capital of Morocco. In the afternoon you have your free time to chill out or to walk on your own night in riad

    Day 3Fes – Merzouga Night in Hotel in Erg Chebbi

    After breakfast we will head towards the desert, on our way we will cross a cedar forest, Midelt harbor, Errachidia reservoir, the beautiful landscape of the Ziz valley, the city of Erfoud also known as “the gate to the desert”. We will see sunset on Borj d’Est, this peak is above the city so it offers some great views. Afterwards we will drive until we get to the Erg Chebbi dunes, where we will spend the night.

    Day 4Erg Chebbi Camel Tour 4×4 DESERT TOUR

    After breakfast we will take a look around the dunes. We will visit both Merzouga oasis, the nomads in Haimas, the village of Khamlia (black people village), Mifiss mines, the desert plate and Tissardmine oasis. We will be back to our lodging about 3 o’clock. Later we will ride on the camels to see sunset on the dunes. We will then spend the night in a wild oasis two hours from our position, in the heart of the dunes. We will sleep in “Bivouacs”… a magical night!

    Day 5Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

    We will leave the dunes behind and head towards Erfoud in order to get to Tineghir where we will visit the “fougartas”, an old sewer system of the 15th century. We will also take a look at the Tinhgir palm grove. After that we will arrive to Todra’s gorges where we will rest and eat. Then we will walk around the city and the Boulmane Dades valley to get to Dades gorges. There the river has eroded the rocks to create a beautiful landscape. Supper and bed in a charming five star hotel.

    Day 6Dades – Boutaghrart – Skoura – Ouarzazate

    We will start in the morning driving by the track that leads to the rose valley and the magnificent berber village of Boutghrart where we will drink tea with a local family. We will go on along the thousand kasbahs route. Along this route we will stop to observe some kasbahs, landscapes, valleys, nomads living in caves… We will arrive to Skoura and then head towards Ait Benhaddou kasbah where many movies were filmed (Obelix, Gladiator, Sahara…). Dinner and bed a hotel.

    Day 7Ait Benhaddou – Telouet – Marrakech

    We will go to the marvelous kasbah of Ait Benhaddou where Lawrence of Arabia was filmed . and we will visit another Kasbah called Telouet. At the end of the afternoon we will be back in Marrakech crossing the pass of Tizi-N-Tichka (2260 meters) with its beautiful landscapes. We will spend the night in a Riad in Marrakech..

    Day 8Historical Of Marrakech

    We will walk around Marrakech and its main historical monuments, including the ancient medina, tombs and mosques, the kasbahs or the famous square Jemaa El Fna. We will understand why it is said that Morocco is a tourist capital. We will spend the night at the same Riad.

    Day 9Marrakech - Essaouira - Marrakech

    We will start in the morning travelling from Marrakech to Essaouira, which is approx 2 and half hour journey. There we will enter the wooden crafts museum, located in an ancient palace. There is a sentry tower and the harbor’s Skala. From this harbor we will gaze onto the coast, the isles and the city. The Marina’s gate is used to merge the city and the harbor, and there are auctions to buy fresh fish. The narrow streets of the medina show a lot of craftsmen working with jewels and wood… They are installed below the bastions of the city.. We will return to Marrakech to spend the night in the same riad as the two previous nights.

    Day 10Marrakech - Casablanca

    In the morning after breakfast We will depart from Marrakech towards Casablanca. We will visit the Hassan II mosque, the medina and the new parts of the city and visit Hubbous traditional market if you want to buy some presents before we spend the night in a hotel.

    Day 11Casablanca - Rabat - Meknes

    After breakfast we will depart towards Rabat to visit Hassan Tower. After visiting Rabat we drive to city of Meknes which has reached its golden age thanks to the sultan Mulay Ismail. There is a roman city, known as Volubilis, 27 kms from Meknes. We will walk around the roman city. After this visit we will arrive to Meknes. There we will take a walk around the city, we will go to Moulay Ismail tomb, El Hedime square and Bab Mansour. We will spend the night in a hotel.

    Day 12Meknes - Fes

    We will drive you back to Fes to your accommodation or to the airport to catch your flights .
